Ballyhoo is landing at The Lawns National Triangle dining precinct this Spring.
To fire up, we've released limited "First Look" sittings from 20 August ahead of our Spring launch. The experience gives eager diners the opportunity to be amongst the first to dine, with a set menu curated by our Hatted Executive Chef, Dave Young.
Ballyhoo has made its home in the iconic former Pork Barrel café site alongside revered premium Japanese restaurant, Koto, and the much-loved Rosa's garden bar. The restaurant has been rebuilt from the ground up, maintaining its iconic hexaganol structure with windows opening to take in the surrounding National Rose Gardens. There's nothing quite like it in Canberra.

Led by beloved Canberra chef Dave Young, former owner of the acclaimed Temporada, who recently closed the doors of his successful restaurant to take the reins as Executive Chef at Ballyhoo.
